The house also has two multipurpose rooms, one which is a small theater with surround sound and quick connectivity for guests’ own gaming devices, and the other a comfortable den with a large television. Enjoy the cornhole arena and the fire pit in yard, or head up to the rooftop in the elevator for an incredible view of Avila and a soak in the hot tub.

Prepare Meals in the Chef’s Kitchen

If you enjoy cooking or want a break from dining out, you’ll love making meals in our chef’s kitchen, which is equipped with high-end kitchen appliances, including a 6 burner 48” range with built-in griddle and double oven, 48” refrigerator and two drawer dishwashers. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to cook. There are also two outdoor kitchen areas; one is located on the main balcony and ideal for BBQ, smoking and griddle, while the other is on the rooftop and perfect for whipping up appetizers and drinks. Additionally, you’ll find multiple kitchenette areas throughout the home to easily prepare snacks and coffee at any time of day. There is also a full bar next to the kitchen with a pass-through window to the balcony, which has a dual wine/beverage refrigerator and ice maker, and a dedicated wine and whiskey room on the lower level.

Cobbo’s has a dedicated gym, which includes a state-of-the-art Hyrdrow rowing machine and a Peloton bike, both with a 22” interactive touchscreen. There is also a commercial-rated universal weight equipment system, weight bench and sit up bench, along with a 65” monitor to workout with interactive Peloton instructors for yoga, stretching, strength, cardio, and core exercises.

Everything you need to have fun in the sun is in the garage available for guest use. Four beach cruiser bikes, two paddle boards, two kayaks and a four-passenger golf cart will keep active guests occupied.
